SOBA Education & Training Symposium
The 2025 States Organization for Boating Access (SOBA) Education & Training Symposium will be hosted by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, August 25 – 28, 2025, in Providence, Rhode Island.
The SOBA Symposium brings together state boating officials, consultants, engineering firms, manufacturers, suppliers, publishers and other businesspersons interested in boating access.
